How do I register my product for a One-Year Warranty?

Your tool is covered for One Year Babe! Just follow this link to our warranty page to fill out and submit your warranty registration form. Once you send it, you can rest assured your product is covered to be replaced due to any factory defect!

Do you take returns?

Purchases from our website: We accept returns of orders within 30 days of order placement. After 30 days, please contact us for a replacement in case your product presents any factory defect.

Purchases from any third-party: We do accept returns from any third-party purchases, but your product must be registered within 30 days of purchase. 

How can I contact your Customer Service department?

Do you ship internationally?

We are constantly expanding the reach of our shipping capabilities. If your location is not an option in our system yet, feel free to contact us in order to arrange your shipment.

How long does the shipping take?

Shipping within the US territory takes between 2 to 7 business days (depending on the address). International shipping could take 7+ days (depending on the country). All of our orders are processed the same day they are received or the next morning, at the latest. Exact time of delivery might be hard to determine due to the current pandemic.

Where are your products made?

We have our own High-Quality factories in China, where our products are made under Quality Control regulations, tested, and then shipped to the US for distribution.
