How do I register my product for Lifetime Warranty?

Your tool is covered for Life Babe! Just follow this link to our warranty page to fill out and submit you warranty registration form. Once you send it, you can rest assured your product is covered to be replaced due to any factory defect!

Do you take returns?

We do not accept full returns, however, if your product presents any factory defect, we ask you to please contact us so we can make it right for you, either replacing your product entirely, or providing you with store credit so you can receive something else from us ;).

How can I contact your Customer Service department?

If you need to get in touch with us for any reason, you can do so here by filling up and submitting our “Get in Touch” form or you may click on our “support” icon at the bottom right corner of our website and shoot us a message through there! One of our representatives will email you back as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We are constantly expanding the reach of our shipping capabilities. If your location is not an option in our system yet, feel free to contact us in order to arrange your shipment.

How long does the shipping take?

Shipping within the US territory takes between 2 to 7 business days (depending on the address). International shipping could take 7+ days (depending on the country). All of our orders are processed the same day they are received or the next morning, at the latest. Exact time of delivery might be hard to determine due to the current pandemic.

Where are your products made?

We have our own High-Quality factories in China, where our products are made under Quality Control regulations, tested, and then shipped to the US for distribution.
