  • How do I register my product?

    We no longer require you to register for a warranty. Please save a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase to show when a product replacement is needed. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.

  • Do you take returns?

    Purchases from our website: We accept returns of orders within 30 days of order placement. After 30 days, please contact us for a replacement in case your product presents any factory
    defect.

    Purchases from any third-party: We do not accept
    returns from any third-party purchases, for this case please reach out to the selling party you purchased from. If your product presents any factory defect, we'll gladly replace it for you under lifetime
    warranty!  

  • How can I contact your Customer Service department?

    We are constantly expanding the reach of our shipping capabilities. If your location is not an option in our system yet, feel free to contact
    us in order to arrange your shipment.

  • How long does the shipping take?

    Shipping within the US territory takes between 2 to 7 business days (depending on the address). International shipping could take 7+ days (depending on the country). All of our orders are processed the same day they are received or the next morning, at the latest. Exact time of delivery might be hard to determine due to the current pandemic.

  • Where are your products made?

    We have our own High-Quality factories in China, where our products are made under Quality Control regulations, tested, and then shipped to the US for distribution.
